How to Heat Transfer Images onto the Sublimation Blank Cap?

1. Choose your print design from your computer.
2. Print the design on MR.R 105gsm Premium Sublimation heat transfer paper using an EPSON or Sawgrass sublimation ink printer. The suggested temperature and time is 410°F (210°C), 40 seconds. (Please note that the exact settings may vary depending on the quality of the customer's heat press.)
3. Cut the sublimation paper and wrap it on the cap's white top. You can use MR.R heat-resistant tape to secure the paper.
4. Use the MR.R cap heat press or combo heat press machine to transfer the image onto the cap.

Voila! Your unique, personalized cap is ready.
